What do the states mean?
A place's state summarizes the latest community-reported conditions. Information can change or be out of date, so check the time and use your own judgment.
How does the presence check work?
When you post or confirm, the app sends your current location once. The server keeps only distance and accuracy bands relative to the place and a confidence score, not your coordinates. The proof expires.
How do I report content?
Use the report action on the content in the app. Reports help us review information that may break the community rules.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Me → Settings → Delete account. If you can’t complete the deletion, contact support@hotthere.com.
